The 15th “100 MVP Managers” awards organized by Manager Today in 2022 centered on the theme “Pursuing Sustainable Competitiveness” as the key criterion for selecting 100 outstanding MVP managers.
The awards identified six approaches to transformation: product innovation, marketing innovation, organizational innovation, service innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable governance.
Candidates were evaluated based on four key criteria: innovation, leadership, integration, and execution. A total of 100 outstanding managers who successfully led their companies to stronger business performance were selected.
HANTECH BIO-TECH Chairman Lee Yu-Lin was nominated by Manager Today and named an MVP in the Service Innovation category.
