Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics and Targets are integrated into our management system to ensure operational transparency and responsiveness.<\/p>\n<p>Looking ahead, we will continue to deepen green operations and work with customers and supply chain partners to advance environmental justice, build a more resilient and sustainable future, and contribute to global ecological protection and sustainability for future generations.<\/p>\n"},{"acf_fc_layout":"editor","content":"<h3>Core Framework<\/h3>\n<p>To address the risks and opportunities arising from climate change, as well as rapid changes in policy and market conditions, the company convenes senior executives from relevant departments on an ad hoc basis to identify and assess material climate-related risks and opportunities. This includes analyzing the impacts of physical risks on operating sites and the potential operational and financial challenges associated with transition risks.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the company actively identifies market opportunities arising from climate change responses, such as improving energy efficiency, increasing water recycling efficiency, and identifying climate risks and resilience across the supply chain. The Board regularly reviews the effectiveness of climate risk management mechanisms and continuously oversees their operation and resource allocation to ensure that the company can effectively respond to climate challenges and capture development opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Board of Directors serving as the highest decision-making body, the ESG Sustainable Development Task Force has been established under the Chairman to coordinate climate-related initiatives and implementation, integrate reports from various departments, and track progress. Climate matters are incorporated into the company's risk management process to ensure that climate goals are implemented and continuously improved. The task force regularly reports progress to the Sustainable Development Committee and reports results and annual targets to the Board of Directors at least once a year.<\/p>\n<p>The Audit Office is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of key risk management mechanisms, ensuring that response measures are implemented, and providing recommendations for improvement. Actions are planned accordingly to effectively address climate-related risks and opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>To address climate change risks, the company has established comprehensive management policies and response mechanisms divided into four stages: Collection, Identification, Assessment, and Consolidation and Review. Based on TCFD guidance and industry characteristics, climate-related risks and opportunities are screened and analyzed, and their likelihood, scope of impact, and time horizon are assessed.
